Former Towie star James Argent has debuted his new romance for the world to see – and he’s got a real-life beauty queen on his arm.

The reality TV icon is now dating Nicoline Artursson, a Swedish fashion model who won Miss World Sweden in 2011.

Nicoline, 31, and Arg, 36, went public with their relationship by sharing a series of snaps, proving they’re already a solid match as they complemented one another’s outfits in different shades of purple.

Uploaded to Arg’s Instagram, the sweet pics captured the lovebirds cuddled up on a date night, Arg wrapping a protective arm around his other half as they tucked into delicious grub.

Noting how significant their romance was at this point in his life, Arg’s caption read: ‘I honestly started to think that it might not happen for me but I found you and everything changed!’

Tagging Nicoline, he added ‘Jag älskar dig’, which translates to ‘I love you’ in English.

Expressing her adoration right back, his girlfriend wrote in the comments: ‘I love you so much, my man, my James ❤️❤️❤️’

Fans and famous pals of Arg’s were keen to congratulate him on his new lover, with ex-Towie star Ferne McCann commenting: ‘So happy for you my darling’.

The beauty pageant titleholder boasts over 25,000 followers of her own on Instagram, where she frequently documents her travels to sunnier climates and appearances at high-fashion events.

Her romance with Arg, who was a regular on Towie between 2010 and 2018, follows his split from Stella Turian, a 20-year-old law student.

Their romance was very public, and they even suggested wedding bells could be on the horizon, having started dating in June 2022.

Alas, it wasn’t meant to be, as they split in November last year.

A source told MailOnline at the time: ‘Throughout the summer it became increasingly difficult for them to meet up due to their work commitments.

‘There are no hard feelings between them, they still follow each other on Instagram, and James is even invited to come out to ski with Stella and her family early next year.’

The insider added that Arg and Stella ‘made lasting memories, travelling around the most romantic parts of Italy together’, with her visiting London for the first time to see him.

However, they ‘mutually agreed that their relationship is over.’

Prior to this, Arge was in a relationship with co-star Lydia Bright from 2007 to 2012 and then 2015 to 2016.

His most famous romance was with Gemma Collins, having got together in 2012 before enjoying another on-and-off romance from December 2017 until July 2020.
