1. Introduction

By accessing or using UMVA ("we," "our," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. Our services include web hosting (cPanel, VPS, VDS, reseller), domain registration, software licensing, script marketplace, WhatsApp Business API, email API & SMTP relay, SEO services, social media tools, virtual cards, and payment processing.

2. Account & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
• One user or entity generally maintains one account unless authorized otherwise.
• You must provide accurate and current information for all services and registrations.
• You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Web Services (Hosting & Domains)

3.1 Domain Registration

Domains are registered subject to ICANN and individual registry policies. You agree that we may share your personal data with registrars as required for domain registration. Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain has been registered with the registry.

3.2 Web Hosting & Email Servers

We provide hosting services on an "as is" basis. You agree not to host illegal content, malware, phishing pages, or content that violates intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate hosting accounts and email servers found to be sending spam or engaged in abusive activity.

3.3 Acceptable Use

Our hosting resources must be used in a manner consistent with standard web hosting practices. Excessive resource usage that negatively impacts other customers may result in a request to upgrade your plan or temporary suspension.

4. Digital Market (Software & Scripts)

Products purchased from our marketplace are subject to specific license types (Personal, Commercial, or Extended). You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share source code publicly unless explicitly permitted by the license type. All digital products are delivered as-is with documentation included at the time of purchase.

5. Marketing & Social Media

Social Media Services: Our social media marketing services are delivered as described at the time of purchase. We are not affiliated with any social media platforms and are not responsible for account changes, restrictions, or terminations caused by platform policy updates.

SEO Services: We use industry best practices to improve search visibility. However, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or positions due to the dynamic and proprietary nature of search algorithms.

6. API Services (Messaging & Email)

You agree to use our WhatsApp Business API, email API, and SMS services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act, and local anti-spam legislation. Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam), phishing content, fraudulent messages, or any communication that violates the terms of service of Meta (WhatsApp) or any email provider will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

7. Virtual Cards & Payments

Virtual card services are subject to availability and issuer policies. You agree to use virtual cards solely for lawful transactions. Chargebacks, fraudulent use, or attempted circumvention of card controls may result in account suspension. All payment transactions are processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

8. Software Licensing

Licenses purchased through UMVA are intended for use on servers you own or manage, or for resale to your clients. Each license is subject to the original software vendor's licensing terms. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or bypass license activation mechanisms. License auto-renewal can be managed from your dashboard.

9. Fees & Payments

All services are prepaid unless otherwise specified. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Verve cards, and cryptocurrency (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH). Prices are subject to change with notice. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Late payments may result in service suspension.

10. Limitation of Liability

UMVA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, illegal activity, or non-payment. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard. Upon termination, you are responsible for backing up your data before service discontinuation.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be notified via email.
