Teacher confesses to having sex with student and ‘leaving her mark’ on him --[Reported by Umva mag]

A high school math teacher admitted to having sex with a teenage student and leaving scratch marks on him.

Hailey Clifton-Carmack, 26, has pleaded guilty to having sexual contact with a 16-year-old boy after another student showed cops pictures of the victim with scratches she allegedly left on his back.

Clifton-Carmack and the teen victim had sex on another student’s driveway, states a probable cause statement obtained by People.

The teacher and student had sex during school in Laquey, Missouri, and used other students as ‘lookouts’, reported KRCG.

A student also told officials that Clifton-Carmack was ‘too friendly with students and sometimes will dress inappropriately at school’. She would wear ‘tight or low-cut shirts’ and leggings that ‘show off her body’, stated court documents.

Detectives obtained a warrant to unlock Clifton-Carmack’s phone in December and found text messages about her alleged relationship with the boy. She was arrested on January 5 in Garden Ridge, Texas, and was extradited to Missouri.

In a twist in the case, the victim’s father, Mark Creighton, confessed to knowing about a ‘sexual relationship’ between his son and Clifton-Carmack and that lookouts were involved.

‘They are going to do it behind my back so I may as well let it happen,’ Creighton told a witness who planned to report the situation, according to court documents.

Creighton was charged with endangering the welfare of a child in early January.

Clifton-Carmack, of Waynesville, reached a plea deal last Friday and had charges of statutory rape, child molestation and child endangerment against her dropped, according to KRCG.

She is on house arrest until her sentencing on October 11 and faces up to four years in prison.

Clifton-Carmack’s husband, who has a child with her, filed for divorce in August 2023, court documents showed. She also has another child.

Her plea deal comes more than three years after a Texas intermediate school teacher was arrested for allegedly sexually abusing a 12-year-old male student after grooming him with video games.
