This hardcore sex trend is rising in 2024 and it’s double the fun --[Reported by Umva mag]

And now, an emerging sex trend suggests we’re looking to have twice the fun between the sheets.

Exclusive stats given to Metro from audio porn site BLOOM show that searches for double penetration on the site shot up by 453% last year.

The act of double penetration (often known as simply ‘DP’) is where a woman or vulva owner is penetrated in two holes simultaneously — the vagina and mouth, the mouth and anus, or the vagina and anus.

It can be enjoyed as part of solo masturbation, with a partner, or with two other people. If three adults are involved, two will be penetrating and one will be receiving, whereas if it’s just two people it will require the penetrating partner to use their penis and a toy or finger, or two toys.

While it might feel a bit, well, porn-y – and DP is often depicted as a hardcore experience – there are plenty of ways to enjoy it in a setting that you might find more comfortable.

In fact, sexologist Gigi Engle suggests trying it on your own first.

Gigi tells Metro: ‘You just want to be careful with any kind of anal penetration because of the risk of tearing or pain. You don’t want to do it on a whim because it could be painful.

‘When it comes to anal penetration and vaginal penetration I would recommend practising on your own first, if you’re the one being penetrated.

‘You want to be sure you like that stimulation and it’s not too much – then the more lube, the better.’

Gigi says many people enjoy the ‘really good feeling of fullness’.

She adds: ‘A lot of people enjoy having multiple holes stimulated at once. The anal opening is full of nerve endings and that can be really pleasurable.

‘But a lot of people who are experiencing double penetration will likely still need to stimulate their clitoris. Many women require that to orgasm and there’s nothing wrong with that.’

Gigi says the increase in curiosity about DP is likely due to it’s popularity in porn.

‘It’s very visually stimulating,’ she says. ‘It’s sexually appealing for both the receiving partner, and for the penetrating partner where power play is concerned.’

‘There’s also more women and vulva owners who are interested in being desired this way, while sex positivity makes it more possible for people to have these experiences.’

However, as with any group sex experiences, it’s important to trust your partners.

Gigi says: ‘If the dynamic is two men penetrating a woman, the woman may be uncomfortable or frightened about advocating for themselves.

‘You want to be sure you’re with people who make you feel safe.’

If you feel ready and prepared to engage in DP, Gigi also has a couple of sex positions, when it comes to three partners involved.

The first position has one penetrating partner laying down on the sofa or bed, then the partner being penetrated anally lays on top of them. The second penetrating partner then kneels in front and penetrates the vagina.

Another is to have the receiving partner in doggy style with one partner kneeling in front for oral penetration and the other partner kneeling behind for vaginal or anal penetration.

The last is simple cowgirl with the second penetrating partner standing behind.

If you feel like ‘upping the anti on double penetration’ Gigi recommends throwing sex toys into the mix, including clitoral stimulators.
