Amanda Holden has accidentally revealed part of a huge spoiler for the upcoming series of Britain’s Got Talent, exposing a moment that is faked.

Auditions for the ITV variety programme are currently underway across the country, with the presenter, 53, joining fellow judges Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon, and KSI, who is stepping in for Bruno Tonioli.

Each year, the four judges and Ant and Dec get to gift a handful of lucky acts a Golden Buzzer, sending them straight through to the live semi-finals.

And Amanda has already revealed who she presses her button for, weeks before the programme hits our screens.

She’s also exposed that part of what we see when it airs is faked, and ‘recreated’ on stage.

Taking to Instagram with a clip in between filming, she told fans: ‘Oh my gosh I have just pressed my Golden Buzzer and it’s for something you would not expect me to press it for.’

However, in the background, a member of production crew could be heard telling the live audience: ‘We’re going to bring gorgeous Oliver back onto the stage, and we’re going to recreate that moment.’

Sharing the clip on X, fan account Super TV wrote: ‘I am deceased at Britain’s Got Talent sharing this video of Amanda Holden at the auditions… where you can hear in the background “we’re going to welcome Oliver BACK onto the stage, and we’re going to RECREATE that moment” fake a** show for goodness sake.’

TV Zone Extra said: ‘We all know stuff like this happens (always has, always will), but to expose that to the wrath of social media is very brave.’

‘Hope recreating Oliver moment went well,’ @craig_cfc commented, while @pinkgurlvibing fumed: ‘Ohh god I knew its fake bt never accepted Seriously so fake?’

Amanda also wasn’t the only one to press her Golden Buzzer on the first day of auditions, as another clip revealed Simon did so for ‘a very, very special person’.

‘It’s the best feeling when you press that for someone who really deserves it,’ he added.

Amanda later confirmed that three Golden Buzzers had been pressed in one day, calling it: ‘A golden day yesterday.’

She said on Heart Breakfast: ‘You know when you don’t want to be too premature, but three golden buzzers went off yesterday in Blackpool.

‘I get this feeling in my water and it’s usually about musical theatre or amazing sort of musical theatre singers.

‘But if I’d woken up in the morning and somebody had said, “You’re going to press your golden for this” I would have gone, “Oh, no way.” This person is so good!’ she added.

This comes after Britain’s Got Talent dropped its first look at KSI keeping Bruno’s seat warm, while he’s filming Dancing With The Stars.

And he’s already vowed to be a ‘villain’ on the show, telling Capital FM: ‘Everyone thinks I’m going to be an evil judge, I’m going to be a villain.

‘I’m going to just press the red button as soon as they walk out. I might do that every now and then, but I’m just going to have fun with it and we’ll just see what happens.’

Listen to Heart Breakfast with Jamie Theakston and Amanda Holden weekdays  from 06:30 – 10:00 across the UK and on Global Player.
