Lee Andrews, Katie Price’s husband, named in new court case days after release.

Lee Andrews, Katie Price’s husband, named in new court case days after release.

Lee Andrews, the husband of former glamour model Katie Price, has been named the lead defendant in a new Dubai court case. The proceedings follow his recent release from Al Awir Central Prison, where he was detained on fraud allegations.

Andrews spent a month in custody after authorities accused him of fraud related to a £200,000 mortgage taken out in an ex‑girlfriend’s name without her knowledge. He was subsequently released pending further legal action.

The current case centers on a high‑stakes property dispute, with court documents listing Andrews as the first‑named defendant among three parties. The claim was filed by a plaintiff identified as Alexander Keya.

An accounting expert has been appointed to conduct a comprehensive financial examination of the dispute. The expert’s findings are expected to inform the court’s assessment.

The court ordered a review of the case on 15 July 2025, and a remote judicial meeting is scheduled for later that month. The matter remains unresolved, with no final judgment issued to date.

Recent statements have challenged Andrews’ claims that he adopted the children of Katie Price and Peter Andre, describing the assertions as false. The couple’s children, Princess and Junior, remain under the care of their biological parents.

In a video response to a fan’s Father’s Day query, Andrews said he has no children but is trying, adding that he has adopted five individuals. He expressed affection for his wife and her children.

Andrews previously promoted himself as a millionaire businessman and the CEO of a purported company, but investigations found no verifiable evidence of such enterprises. His public profile featured luxurious imagery that later appeared to be fabricated.

Following his release, Andrews alleged that he was detained at gunpoint and falsely accused of espionage, claims that Dubai authorities have characterized as part of a private civil dispute. Officials have denied any espionage allegations.

Additional civil claims against Andrews include an alleged £54,000 debt to a rental car company and approximately £15,000 in unpaid legal fees. These matters are also pending resolution in Dubai courts.
