PresidentDonald Trump is scheduled to deliver remarks tonight on the National Mall, marking the opening of the Great American State Fair in celebration of the nation’s upcoming 250th anniversary.
The fair will run from June 25 through July 10 and is open to the public at no cost. It will showcase 150 exhibits representing all 56 states and territories, along with a 110‑foot Ferris wheel, musical performances, military exhibitions and aerial flyovers.
The evening program will feature more than 300 members of military bands, orchestras and ceremonial units performing patriotic music, accompanied by flyovers from military aircraft.
A major rally is planned for July 4 at the Lincoln Memorial and Washington Monument, beginning at 7 p.m. EST. The event will include a large joint military music formation and conclude with a substantial fireworks display.
