The retail and e‑commerce sector shines with visionary founders like Pauline Dizon and Adrian Jumangit of Fan Connection SEA, Kharl Christian Yeung of Amico Innovations, and the dynamic duo Kiyanusch Braun and Martin Joaquin Palaña of GoRocky.

Selection was a rigorous marathon: nearly 4,000 hopefuls from 18 nations were narrowed down by a panel of seasoned editors and alumni, culminating in 300 finalists, with women representing roughly a quarter of the cohort and the average age hovering at 26.
India leads the pack with 78 entries, followed closely by China, Australia, and Japan, while Indonesia, Singapore, and South Korea each contribute 18 bright minds to the celebration of youthful ingenuity.
