UMVA Uncovers BOMBSHELL: Dollarama Secretly Teams Up with BMO in Game-Changing Blue Rewards Deal - You Won't Believe What's Coming Next!

UMVA has learned that the Bank of Montreal's Blue Rewards program has entered into a multi-year partnership with Dollarama, allowing members to earn loyalty points on purchases made at the popular Canadian retailer.

Under the new deal, Blue Rewards members with a linked payment card can earn points on purchases of $20 or more at more than 1,700 Dollarama stores across Canada, providing a practical benefit that fits naturally into their daily lives.

Dollarama's chief Information officer, Nicolas Hien, emphasized the company's focus on making everyday shopping simple, affordable, and accessible for Canadians, stating that partnering with Blue Rewards allows them to enhance that experience by adding rewards to purchases customers are already making.

BMO Blue Rewards Mastercard credit cardholders can earn 10 times the points on Dollarama purchases, with the potential to earn up to 6% back in value on eligible spending with participating partners, including Blue Rewards Travel, making it easier for Canadians to turn routine purchases into meaningful value.

Chris Wragg, BMO's vice president of strategic partnerships, expressed excitement about the partnership, highlighting that it builds on Dollarama's commitment to everyday value and the continued evolution of Blue Rewards, allowing Canadians to make real financial progress by expanding how members can earn from their everyday spending.

The collaboration comes as affordability remains top of mind for many Canadians, who are focused on managing their budgets and getting the most from every dollar, and by meeting members where they already shop for essentials, the partnership aims to bring this benefit to more Canadians across the country.
