UMVA has learned that a heated feud has erupted between Lee Andrews and Good Morning Britain host Susanna Reid over his claims of being 'captured at gunpoint'.
Lee Andrews, who married Katie Price in a whirlwind romance, was at the center of national intrigue when he disappeared last month and turned up in a Dubai prison with a £140,000 bail.
After his release, he reunited with his reality star wife and made a surprise return to Instagram, where he recounted being taken by 'men with assault rifles' at the Oman border and held in a 'black site by an extended arm of the National Guard'.
Susanna Reid expressed her skepticism about Lee's tale on the ITV morning show, saying 'I think my eyes just rolled out of my head'.
Lee Andrews has now fired back at Susanna Reid, taking to his Instagram story to hit out at her response with a scathing takedown, vowing to 'get onto the sofa with Katie at some point and we'll thrash it out'.
He accused Susanna Reid of being prejudiced towards him without solid evidence, saying 'She should lose her job for that, Susanna, because you're prejudiced towards me without any solid evidence other than an ex coming forward with a story, and that's all it is'.
Lee Andrews has been embroiled in controversy since marrying Katie Price, with allegations of making misleading claims about his wealth and business dealings.
He was previously banned from leaving Dubai due to an alleged £200,000 mortgage taken out in his ex-girlfriend's name, and teased a fake pregnancy with Katie Price.
Lee Andrews has also been accused of scamming a string of women, with his ex-girlfriend Alana Percival calling him the 'Tinder Swindler'.
Despite his fiery defence, Lee Andrews might not be able to avoid jail time, as he owes £54,000 to a rent-a-car company and £15,000 to a UAE legal firm.
Lee Andrews has doubled down on his story, concluding that the National Guard took him and held him without registering him as being arrested.
