Holidays are meant to be a time of relaxation and escape from the stresses of daily life. However, for Ant McPartlin, the I'm A Celebrity host, his recent holiday was anything but relaxing.
According to his latest podcast episode, Ant found himself in an embarrassing situation after being caught naked by his masseuse. He explained to his co-host Dec that he and his wife Anne-Marie had been told about a 'really good' Thai massage parlour near their holiday location.
Ant revealed that a friend's warning to 'be careful' when visiting the parlour may not have been heeded, as he was caught off guard when the masseuse arrived. As he tried to get out of his holiday clothes, Ant got annoyed and ended up pulling his shirt over his head, leaving him feeling flustered.
'I took my strides off, I took my underpants off,' Ant explained, recounting the events of the encounter. 'So I'm leaning over the bed to get the paper knickers and inadvertently flick the paper knickers off the bed to the other side of the bed.'
Ant's wife, understandably frustrated with the delay, urged him to 'hurry up' as he struggled to put on his paper knickers. However, in his haste, Ant ended up standing naked, with everything 'hanging out', and was confronted by the masseuse who had just walked in.
The encounter was clearly awkward, with Ant admitting that he and the masseuse 'couldn't look each other in the eye' afterwards. Despite the embarrassing incident, Ant appears to have taken it in stride, even going back to the massage parlour on another occasion.
