TEENAGE MAYHEM: Oxford Street Bus-Surfing INSANITY Caught on Camera!

TEENAGE MAYHEM: Oxford Street Bus-Surfing INSANITY Caught on Camera!

A chilling scene unfolded on Oxford Street as a group of teenagers brazenly clung to the back of a speeding double-decker bus. The video, now widely circulated, captures the moment three boys and a girl hitched an illegal and incredibly dangerous ride on the rear of the vehicle.

The incident occurred as the 7 bus pulled away from a stop in the heart of London. Witnesses watched in disbelief as the teens held on, seemingly unfazed by the risk. Simultaneously, another individual was observed spray-painting graffiti onto the side of the bus, adding another layer of recklessness to the situation.

Daisy Ice, the woman who captured the footage, described the scene as deeply alarming. She expressed shock and concern, noting the inherent danger posed by the teens’ actions, especially given the bustling nature of Oxford Street.

Teenagers 'dangerously' cling onto back of bus as it speeds through city streets A video of four teenagers dangerously clinging on to the back of a bus as it sped through London has gone viral. The three boys and a girl precariously hitched a ride on the red bus at a stop on Oxford Street. A video showed them grabbing its rear end as it accelerated away. It has been viewed two million times with over 69,000 likes. Bizarrely just before the bus pulled off, another man spray painted a grraffiti tag on the back of it too. Shocked Daisy Ice, who shot the clip, said the teens were risking their lives, as reported by creatorzine.com. "It looked very dangerous, especially given how busy Oxford Street usually is, the 25-year-old business auditor said. "I felt shocked when I saw it, and also concerned about how dangerous it was. "The bus was moving relatively slowly, which may be why they thought it was just something fun to try. "There were quite a few people around who also witnessed it. "I’m not sure if anyone alerted the driver. "In the end, the bus continued moving and drove further away, and I didn’t see what happened afterwards, but it didn’t seem like anything serious occurred. "It was surprising to see something like this happen in such a busy and central area of London." Viewers of the clip, which was shot on 8 March, were just as shocked. Kaite McEwan said: "Cost of living is too high. "People can’t afford public transport anymore." Another added: "Utterly disturbing." While a third said: "If TfL keeps increasing prices this will be me in a few months, even on a decent wage." And someone else said: "I’m a 72 year old woman and I used to do this as a kid before I fell off and hurt myself. Learning by experience still going on - difference is that today it’s filmed and put on internet."

While the bus was moving at a relatively slow pace, Ice believed the teens may have underestimated the potential consequences. A crowd of onlookers shared her concern, though it remains unclear if anyone alerted the driver during the incident. The bus continued its route, leaving the outcome for the teenagers unknown.

The video quickly went viral, amassing millions of views and tens of thousands of reactions. Online commentators expressed a range of emotions, from shock and outrage to a surprising degree of empathy, with some linking the dangerous stunt to the rising cost of public transportation.

One viewer remarked on the financial pressures facing many, suggesting the act was a desperate measure born of unaffordability. Another shared a personal anecdote, recalling a similar, albeit less documented, experience from their own youth, highlighting the enduring allure of risky behavior.

The incident serves as a stark reminder of the dangers of reckless behavior and the potential consequences of seemingly harmless dares. It also sparked a conversation about the pressures facing young people and the accessibility of public transport in a major city.
