Ayala Land and Eton to open Parklinks mall in 2027 expansion

Ayala Land and Eton to open Parklinks mall in 2027 expansion

Ayala Land, Inc. and Eton Properties Philippines, Inc. are accelerating the expansion of their Parklinks joint venture, with the flagship Parklinks Mall scheduled to open in 2027.

The 35-hectare mixed-use development is positioned as one of the largest master-planned estates in Metro Manila’s eastern corridor.

The Parklinks Mall will serve as the estate’s retail centerpiece, featuring a curated mix of retail, dining, lifestyle, and community spaces for residents and visitors.

The mall will have a gross floor area of 69,000 square meters and roughly 41,000 square meters of leasable retail space.

The estate plans to launch its first retail pavilions by the end of 2026, focusing on restaurants and dining concepts.

Community facilities are also expanding within the development. A new campus of Multiple Intelligence International School is set to open in August.

The 3,178-square-meter Casa Ibarra Parklinks events venue is on track to open later this year, with two ballrooms accommodating up to 850 guests.

Residential construction continues through Parklinks North and South Towers and The Lattice, alongside broader estate housing offerings.

Separately, Park Central Towers is a two-tower luxury mixed-use development at the intersection of Paseo de Roxas and Makati Avenue.

The project will occupy 25 percent of its 15,680-square-meter site, with the remainder dedicated to open spaces, amenities, and commercial use.

The North Tower will contain 259 units across 56 residential floors, while the South Tower will hold 281 units across 70 floors.

Units range from two to four bedrooms, spanning 138 to 1,354 square meters, with five to six residences per floor.

Resident amenities include a multipurpose court, social hall, boardrooms, gyms, swimming pools, and lounges.

The development will also feature Park Central Plaza, a three-level retail hub with 10,300 square meters of gross leasable area for essential and lifestyle services.
