The luxury condominium development Sondris has been launched in Makati by Arthaland Corp. in partnership with Mitsui Fudosan (Asia), marking an extension of their decade-long collaboration. The project combines Arthaland’s focus on sustainable development with the Japanese property firm’s expertise in efficient urban design and mixed-use developments.
The development, Sondris, is designed to offer a “quiet balance of home” despite its location in Makati’s central business district. The project features one- and two-bedroom units that incorporate Japanese-inspired space efficiency and design.
Arthaland Marketing Group Head Pamela S. Go expressed optimism about the prospects for the high-end residential market as economic conditions improve. She stated that the company is confident in its ability to deliver premium developments on schedule, citing the groundbreaking of Sondris as evidence of this commitment.
The partnership between Arthaland and Mitsui Fudosan (Asia) has spanned over 10 years, with the two companies sharing a commitment to sustainability and quality. The collaboration brings together Arthaland’s expertise in green development with Mitsui Fudosan’s experience in integrating residential, commercial, retail, and lifestyle components into urban developments.
Shares of Arthaland did experience a slight decline, falling 1.12%, or 0.5 centavo, to P0.44 apiece on Tuesday, but the launch of Sondris marks a significant investment in the premium residential market.
