Eight teenagers are now in police custody, detained in connection with the assault that occurred on March 3rd. Investigators believe a ninth individual may also be involved, intensifying the investigation.
The disturbing footage, quickly spreading across social media platforms and gaining international attention, depicts a heated confrontation between the store employee and one teenager. Both individuals grabbed at each other’s clothing, escalating the tension in front of a crowd of onlookers.
The situation rapidly deteriorated when another young man intervened, delivering a blow that sent the adult supervisor crashing to the ground. Dozens of students stood by, many recording the incident on their phones.
