Navy reports one crew member missing after U.S. helicopter crashes in Arabian Sea

An MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter assigned to the aircraft carrier USS George H.W. Bush performed an emergency water landing in the Arabian Sea at approximately 03:30 a.m. Eastern Time on July 1.

The aircraft carried four crew members. Three have been recovered and are reported to be in stable condition aboard the carrier.

The fourth aircrewman remains missing. Navy assets operating in the region have launched a coordinated search to locate the individual.
