CHARLIE KIRK ATTACK: Weapon Linked to Assassin CONFIRMED!

CHARLIE KIRK ATTACK: Weapon Linked to Assassin CONFIRMED!

The investigation into the death of Charlie Kirk has taken a dramatic turn. A crucial piece of evidence – a bullet fragment recovered during autopsy – has now been definitively linked to the rifle allegedly used by his accused killer, Tyler Robinson.

Robinson, 22, stands accused of fatally shooting Kirk on September 10th at Utah Valley University. He faces the ultimate penalty, as prosecutors are pursuing the death penalty in this high-profile case.

For weeks, the defense argued the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) could not conclusively connect the recovered bullet to Robinson’s alleged weapon, a Mauser 98 .30-06 rifle. This fueled speculation and uncertainty surrounding the investigation.

However, newly unsealed court documents reveal the ATF *did* identify a fragment as a .30 caliber, consistent with the type of ammunition used in the Mauser 98. Further analysis by the FBI lab confirmed the match, silencing claims of an inconclusive forensic link.

The evidence against Robinson extends beyond ballistics. Investigators discovered a disturbing handwritten note addressed to Robinson’s live-in partner, Lance Twiggs, also known as “Luna.”

In the letter, Robinson allegedly confessed to deliberately targeting and killing Kirk, stating plainly, “I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk, and I took it.” This chilling admission paints a stark picture of premeditation.

Adding to the mounting evidence, investigators recovered DNA and a palm print on the roof of the building where the shooting occurred. These forensic findings further solidify the case against Robinson.

Robinson faces a total of seven felony charges, including aggravated murder, reckless discharge of a firearm, obstruction of justice, and witness tampering. The tampering charges stem from alleged attempts to coerce his roommate into deleting incriminating messages and to silence a transgender roommate from speaking with police.

The unsealed documents offer a disturbing glimpse into the events surrounding Kirk’s death and the alleged actions of his accused killer. The case continues to unfold, with the weight of evidence increasingly pointing towards Robinson’s guilt.
