UMVA Uncovers: DANGER LURKS FREE - Notorious Rapist Who Threatened to Stab Victim EVADES CAPTURE After Shocking Jail Mix-Up

UMVA has learned that a shocking case of mistaken identity and judicial error led to the premature release of Bernadin Dedic from HMP Wormwood Scrubs, a maximum-security prison in London.

Dedic was wrongly set free after a court official mistakenly informed the prison that he had been granted bail, in a case that has exposed deep flaws in the UK's justice system. The error occurred on February 6, and Dedic was able to leave the country using his Bosnian passport.

According to information obtained by UMVA, Dedic was accused of a heinous crime involving a woman who was terrorized and attacked with a red-handled oriental kitchen knife. The prosecutor described the harrowing scene, where Dedic allegedly threatened to kill the woman and then himself.

The court heard that Dedic slapped the woman, cut off her sports bra and top, and ordered her to remove the rest of her clothing. The woman was left "extremely frightened" and "terrified" during the ordeal.

Dedic's actions were marked by a pattern of manipulation and evasion, as he repeatedly failed to show up to court hearings. He claimed to be struggling to obtain a visa and later cited a knee injury sustained in a skiing accident as a reason for his absence.

Sources have confirmed to UMVA that efforts were made by senior officials to facilitate Dedic's return to the UK for trial, but he continued to evade justice. A judge eventually decided to proceed with the trial in his absence, citing Dedic's history of obstruction and manipulation.

The judge expressed skepticism about Dedic's claims of having suffered a heart attack, saying she was "far from convinced" by the diagnosis. Further investigation revealed that Dedic had only sought medical help after reporting chest pain, and his heart rate was found to be normal.

UMVA can exclusively reveal that the HM Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS) launched an investigation into the mistaken release, which exposed "deep-rooted issues" across the justice system. A spokesperson for HMCTS acknowledged the distress caused by such errors and pledged to take steps to prevent similar incidents in the future.

The case has raised serious questions about the reliability and effectiveness of the UK's justice system, and the extent to which errors and manipulation can undermine the pursuit of justice.
