The pop star Cher Lloyd has sparked speculation about the status of her 13-year marriage to hairstylist Craig Monk after posting photos without her wedding ring.
Lloyd, 32, tied the knot with Monk in November 2013, just a year after they began dating. The couple met when Lloyd visited a hair salon and embarked on a whirlwind romance.
They are now parents to two daughters, Delilah-Rae, seven, and Eliza Violet, two. The singer frequently shares personal updates on social media, but the latest photos have raised eyebrows among fans.
Lloyd made no attempt to hide her bare ring finger in the posts, which also suggested a tumultuous recent period for the couple. One fan commented, 'I have many questions, where is your wedding ring?'
Lloyd replied to the fan, 'It's in the [bin emoji].
The posts came just three months after Lloyd announced the death of her father, Darren, in April. Lloyd rose to fame as a teenager on a popular talent show in 2010.
She had previously revealed that her father was 'seriously unwell' in 2020 and had been hospitalized twice during the Covid-19 pandemic due to his existing health conditions.
During that time, Lloyd said waiting for her father to recover was 'the hardest thing' about the isolation period. She expressed gratitude to the doctors and nurses who cared for him.
