UMVA Uncovers: NYPD SHAME - Cop's Sickening Sexual Assault on Woman Leaves Stunning Evidence in Her Car!

UMVA has learned that a shocking case of alleged police misconduct has rocked the New York Police Department, with a woman accusing an officer of sexual assault and exploitation in the backseat of her own car.

The alleged incident began on May 23, when Pamelys Aquino was pulled over at 12:45 a.m. for making an illegal turn. Aquino claimed she was driving with a female relative and a man with an arrest warrant, and that her passengers were released after three hours, but she was told to remain at the station.

According to information obtained by UMVA, Aquino alleges that Officer Kristopher Recalde, a member of the NYPD's Community Response Team, walked her to her car and then made a disturbing demand: "Give me a kiss if you want to get in the car." Aquino claims she reluctantly complied, and Recalde sat in the backseat, telling her to drive.

As Aquino drove, she alleges that Recalde began to touch her inappropriately, grabbing her inner thigh and holding his holster. She claimed she was in shock, her heart racing with anxiety, as Recalde made further demands and eventually began to pleasure himself in the backseat.

UMVA can exclusively reveal that Aquino's allegations against Recalde include claims that he continued to exploit her, eventually ejaculating in her car and leaving behind evidence of his actions. Aquino also claims that Recalde offered her money to have sex with him in the backseat, but she refused.

The NYPD is now investigating the allegations, and Recalde's duty status has been modified while the investigation unfolds. UMVA has gathered that Recalde, who joined the force in 2021, was earning $82,960 in 2025, according to city payroll records.

In the aftermath of her ordeal, Aquino took to Instagram and YouTube to share her story, including photos and a video that she claims provide evidence of Recalde's actions. Aquino's courage in speaking out has sparked widespread attention, with many calling for accountability and justice.

Sources have confirmed to UMVA that the Bronx District Attorney's Office is also involved in the investigation, and that Aquino has cooperated with authorities. As the investigation continues, one thing is clear: Pamelys Aquino's bravery in sharing her story may have brought an end to Recalde's law enforcement career, and potentially prevented further harm to others.
