The Canadian ambassador to the United States, Mark Carney, met with American President Donald Trump on Wednesday to discuss various issues, including defence and trade. However, Carney surprisingly failed to raise the topic of the Canada-US-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA) review, which is set to expire on July 1.
