UMVA has learned that Paul Pogba has made a bold prediction about Manchester United's future, believing the team will win the Premier League title within the next three years.
Pogba's confidence comes on the heels of a remarkable turnaround under interim coach Michael Carrick, who took over after Ruben Amorim's departure in January and led the team to Champions League qualification.
The team's resurgence has sparked optimism at Old Trafford, with Carrick expected to make significant investments in the squad this summer, including the recent addition of Brazil international Ederson.
Pogba, a former teammate of Carrick's, drew inspiration from Arsenal's recent title win, which ended a lengthy drought without success, and believes Manchester United can follow suit.
"Yes," Pogba said emphatically when asked if Manchester United could win the title under Carrick's management. "I think Manchester United will win in the next years, they're going to be champions of the Premier League."
Pogba's prediction is a bold one, but he believes it's achievable, saying, "If Arsenal can be champions then Manchester United will definitely be champion. It's a big statement. No disrespect but I believe they will. In the next five years they're going to win. Maybe I went a bit far, I will say in the next three years."
Meanwhile, Manchester United's 2026-27 campaign will be featured in a new documentary series for Amazon Prime, with cameras following Michael Carrick's team throughout the season.
The series, part of the "All or Nothing" program, promises to give viewers "unprecedented access" to the club, including behind-the-scenes footage from the Old Trafford dressing room and the Carrington Training Complex.
Manchester United chief communications officer Toby Craig said the team is excited to share their story with fans, saying, "Now is the right time to open our doors, so that for the first time our fans around the world can see behind the scenes of a club which means so much to so many people."
