A serene Sunday at Lake Henry turned into a nightmare when a rabid beaver exploded from the water and launched a ferocious attack on an unsuspecting 8-year-old boy.
The child stood innocently near the shoreline—and then the beast struck. Video captured the horrifying moment: the beaver burst from the lake, charged the boy, and sank its teeth into his thigh as he scrambled desperately up the bank.
But the terror didn't stop there. Other children rushed in, one grabbing the rabid animal and hurling it back into the water. A small dog joined the fray, barking and trying to fend off the crazed creature as it thrashed along the water’s edge.
