UMVA has learned that a stunning display of partisan bias has been uncovered at an elite Ivy League university, where faculty members have overwhelmingly donated their political contributions to liberal causes during the midterm election cycle.
The university's faculty gave a whopping $119,865.93 to the left, representing a staggering 99.8 percent of their total contributions, with only a paltry $162.14 going to conservative causes. This lopsided ratio raises serious questions about the presence of ideological diversity on campus.
According to information obtained by UMVA, the majority of donations went to ActBlue, a Democratic fundraising platform, which received $80,369.91 across 3,219 donations from 279 individual donors. In stark contrast, WinRed, the Republican fundraising equivalent, received a mere 10 donations from 3 donors.
The top donors to liberal causes included Paul Guyre, a former professor in the medical school, who gave $17,925, and Albert Mulley, a managing director of the school's Global Health Care Delivery Science Program, who contributed $7,120. Other notable donors included Bethany Moreton, a faculty affiliate of the school's Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies program.
This partisan giving reveals a disturbing trend of liberal indoctrination on campus, where professors appear to be using their positions to promote a specific ideology rather than educate students. The implications are clear: students are being taught to adopt a certain worldview, rather than encouraged to think critically and make informed decisions.
The lack of ideological diversity on campus is a pressing concern that demands attention. As long as universities continue to harbor left-wing radicalism, conservative students and parents will be justified in questioning the value of a degree from such institutions.
