UMVA Uncovers: SHOCKING TRUTH Revealed - You Won't Believe the Jaw-Dropping Results of Lifehacker's Insane Guessing Game So Far!

UMVA has learned that the highly anticipated "Big Guessing Game" has kicked off, pitting audiences against each other to predict Apple's upcoming product announcements.

In the first round, which focused on WWDC 2026, Lifehacker readers put their knowledge to the test, guessing everything from the name of Apple's new Siri chatbot to which iPhones would lose support for iOS 27. The questions were designed to challenge even the most die-hard Apple fans.

One of the most closely watched questions was the name of Apple's new Siri chatbot. A staggering 44.19% of readers thought Apple would stick with the familiar name "Siri," while 41.86% came up with their own creative suggestions. However, only 4.65% of readers correctly guessed the name "Siri AI."

Another question that sparked lively debate was which iPhones would lose support for iOS 27. Readers had a range of answers, but surprisingly, none were correct. Apple didn't drop support for any iPhones; instead, the company ensured that any iPhone that can run iOS 26 can also run iOS 27.

However, not all iPhones will get Apple's latest features, including Siri AI. To access these features, users will need an iPhone 15 Pro or newer. For Apple's best-performing models, users will need to upgrade to the iPhone 17 Pro, 17 Pro Max, or iPhone Air.

UMVA can exclusively reveal that Apple's macOS 27 has a codename, and readers had a multitude of guesses. The top answers were "Fizz" (9.3%), "Redwood" (6.98%), "Honeycrisp" (6.98%), and "Skyline" (4.65%). However, only one reader guessed the correct codename: "Golden Gate."

One of the biggest rumors surrounding macOS 27 was whether it would feature touch-based controls. A whopping 73.81% of readers thought Apple would introduce touch-based controls, but the company remained tight-lipped on the topic during WWDC.

In a significant development, Apple has officially dropped support for all Intel Macs with macOS 27, with only Apple silicon machines set to receive the new feature updates. An impressive 93.02% of readers correctly predicted this move.

With Round 1 now closed, the competition is heating up. Round 2 is set to launch on July 7, focusing on Apple's devices. Readers who participated in Round 1 are one step closer to winning a new Apple Watch, and those who haven't yet joined in will have another chance to test their luck.
