Lee Andrews, a businessman, has reportedly been released from prison in Dubai after serving a brief stint behind bars.
Andrews was allegedly arrested 10 days ago and taken to Lahab police station in the desert, where he was said to be trying to raise £120,000 to pay off a fine.
He had previously suggested selling a sex tape featuring himself and his wife, Katie Price, to raise funds, but this claim was denied by Katie.

Andrews is now out of Al Awir prison, where he was held after being arrested on new charges.
Despite his travel ban, Lee is said to be planning to return to the UK to be with his wife, whom he married in January after a brief romance.
Katie's father-in-law, Peter, remains in prison on separate fraud charges, having been arrested on allegations made by a third party.

Lee's recent arrest marked his third stint in jail in less than a year, with previous convictions including a £200,000 mortgage taken out in his ex-girlfriend's name without her knowledge.
Katie has stood by her husband throughout his ordeals, despite warnings from his exes and accusations of wrongdoing.
She has maintained that she will question Lee about the allegations she has heard and will walk away if she doesn't like the answers.

Katie has been relatively silent on Lee's latest arrest, but has posted about the £2,000 dog they bought together and denied the existence of a sex tape that Lee claimed could be sold to repay debts.
Katie expressed her upset and humiliation at the false allegations, which she described as having no factual basis.
