Hezbollah Veteran Indicted for Alleged Hate Crimes Against Jewish Community in US.

The world of international law has been marred by a disturbing trend, one that has been expertly hidden beneath a veneer of legitimacy. For 25 years, I have dedicated my career to uncovering the truth behind terrorist groups and their enablers, bringing them to justice and recovering funds for their victims. This week, my organization, the Shurat HaDin Law Center, filed a complaint with the Attorney General of the United States, detailing the activities of the Hind Rajab Foundation, a Belgium-based organization that has been operating as a hunting operation for Jews.

The foundation's chairman, Dyab Abou Jahjah, has a disturbing past, having received military training from Hezbollah and boasting of arranging European visits for the organization's leaders. Hezbollah, of course, has been designated a Foreign Terrorist Organization by the United States since 1997. Despite this, Jahjah is often described as a human-rights advocate, a label that is a far cry from the truth.

Under the guise of advocacy, the Hind Rajab Foundation has been targeting Israeli soldiers, scraping their social media profiles, mapping their units, and tracking their flights. The organization then files frivolous complaints against these soldiers in airports around the world, resulting in zero convictions in 16 jurisdictions. This is not advocacy, but rather a form of intimidation and malicious harassment, cloaked in the language of law.

The tradition of using law as a tool for persecution is nothing new, with every blood libel and pogrom having its own paperwork. The Hind Rajab Foundation has taken this tradition to new heights, using modern infrastructure to mark Jews for pursuit across every border on the planet, not for anything they have done, but for the crime of defending the Jewish state against murderous extremists.

One person, and one person only, is being made a fugitive in advance: the brave Jewish serviceperson who wears a uniform. This is nothing short of antisemitism with a filing fee. The organization's actions have even gone so far as to denounce an Israeli-American soldier to authorities in Sri Lanka, only to demand that the United States Department of Justice prosecute him upon his return home.

There is a simple explanation for this: the Hind Rajab Foundation is a foreign-funded front group, operating in the dark with no published donors and no financial disclosures. It is time for the Department of Justice to take action, and our complaint asks for just that: subpoenas, financial tracing, sanctions referral, and the full weight of the United States to bring this operation to justice.
