TRUMP'S REVENGE: Sign-War CEO Gets HUGE Endorsement!

TRUMP'S REVENGE: Sign-War CEO Gets HUGE Endorsement!

A surprising political endorsement has shaken up a New York congressional race. Former President Trump has thrown his weight behind Anthony Constantino, the CEO of a sticker company, for the seat being vacated by Elise Stefanik, directly challenging the preference of the New York GOP establishment.

Trump announced his support on his social media platform, praising Constantino as an “America First Patriot” and predicting victory. The endorsement came as a surprise, as Robert Smullen, a member of the New York State Assembly, had been widely considered the frontrunner by party leaders.

Constantino, visibly elated, revealed he’d spoken directly with the former president. He emphasized Trump’s track record, stating that every candidate he’s endorsed has won, fueling his confidence for both the primary and general elections.

The roots of this endorsement run deeper than typical political maneuvering. Constantino first gained national attention by erecting a massive, 100-foot “Vote for Trump” sign on his factory roof, a bold declaration that ignited a local legal battle.

Trump specifically highlighted this act of unwavering support in his endorsement, noting the “somewhat ‘controversial’ sign” remained standing despite opposition. It was a testament, he implied, to Constantino’s loyalty.

Smullen, however, is alleging manipulation. He claims a consultant working for Constantino, specifically Roger Stone, misled the former president into a hasty endorsement, preventing Trump from considering all the facts.

Smullen believes Stone, who actively advises Constantino’s campaign, intentionally steered Trump toward a decision he now regrets. He insists the president needs to be fully informed about the situation.

Constantino’s path to politics was unexpectedly forged in the aftermath of a frightening event. He was spurred to run for Congress following an assassination attempt against Trump, feeling compelled to defend a leader he believes is unfairly targeted.

He has openly stated that Trump and his supporters deserve better than the animosity they receive, a sentiment that clearly resonated with the former president. Constantino himself was previously registered as a Democrat, demonstrating a significant political shift.

The opening for this congressional seat arose from a series of unexpected political maneuvers involving Stefanik. Initially nominated by Trump for a role as U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, the nomination was later withdrawn to preserve the Republican majority in the House.

Stefanik then briefly explored a run for Governor of New York before ultimately deciding against seeking re-election to Congress, setting the stage for the current, fiercely contested race.
