The Philippine National Bank (PNB) announced that its associate company, PNB Holdings Corp. (PHC), has set September 25th as the target date for its shares to be listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) through an introduction process.
In a statement issued on Monday, PNB stated that the planned listing is a significant milestone for PHC and its shareholders. By participating in the established PSE, PHC's shares will be accessible to investors through a transparent price discovery process and enhanced liquidity.
PNB emphasized its ongoing support for PHC's listing preparation. While PHC is in the process of completing documentation and preparing other requirements, including working closely with the PSE and other regulatory bodies.
This planned listing comes at a time when the PSE has increased its capital raising forecast for 2026 to around PHP204 billion, primarily due to the receipt of applications for initial public offerings, preferred share offers, and private placements.
PNB shares rose by 1% to PHP60.60 each on Monday.
