BUTT LIFT NIGHTMARE: Beautician IMPRISONED After Kim K Clone Catastrophe!

BUTT LIFT NIGHTMARE: Beautician IMPRISONED After Kim K Clone Catastrophe!

A California beautician now faces a potential seven-year prison sentence after a jury found her guilty in the tragic death of Christina Ashten Gourkani, an OnlyFans star and aspiring Kim Kardashian lookalike.

Vivian Alexandra Gomez, 53, was convicted of felony involuntary manslaughter in connection with Gourkani’s death in April 2023. The case centered around a dangerous and illegal cosmetic procedure performed in a Bay Area hotel room.

Gourkani, known as Ashten G online, sought a gluteal silicone injection – a controversial body contouring method intended to dramatically enlarge the buttocks. She believed this procedure would elevate her presence within the adult entertainment industry.

Ashten G — real name Christina Ashten Gourkani — died in a California hospital on April 20 while recovering from the operation.

However, Gomez was not a licensed medical professional, and the procedure quickly spiraled into a nightmare. As Gourkani began to experience complications during the injections, Gomez continued, unaware of the impending danger.

Prosecutors revealed that Gourkani suffered a cardiac arrest during the illegal operation. She was rushed to Mills Peninsula Hospital, but ultimately succumbed to respiratory failure and a pulmonary embolism the following day.

Gomez was apprehended hours later at Fort Lauderdale Airport and extradited to California. She had been released on bail pending the trial, but is now in custody awaiting her sentencing hearing on May 5th.

The model’s family, reeling from the loss, shared the harrowing details of the emergency call they received. A frantic family member’s desperate cries – “Ashten is dying!” – shattered their world and left an indelible scar.

A subsequent online fundraiser, launched by the family, garnered $6,607. It served as a testament to the outpouring of grief and support from those who knew and loved Gourkani.

Friends and family remembered Gourkani as a vibrant and compassionate soul, someone who effortlessly brought joy to those around her. Her spirit, they said, would continue to shine brightly in the hearts of all who knew her.

The tragedy resonated within the online community, prompting tributes from fellow content creators. Mary Magdalene, another model who faced a near-fatal complication during a different cosmetic procedure, expressed her shock and sorrow.

Magdalene highlighted the terrifying unpredictability of risky surgeries, acknowledging that anyone could be vulnerable to such a fate. Gourkani’s death served as a stark reminder of the inherent dangers involved.

Sadly, Gourkani’s case is not isolated. Numerous women have lost their lives as a result of these dangerous procedures. Just this January, Russian social media influencer Yulia Burtseva posted a final selfie before undergoing a butt-lift operation.

That selfie proved to be her last. The 38-year-old mother did not survive the $7,500 procedure, which went tragically wrong at a private clinic in Moscow. Her death underscores the devastating consequences of seeking unqualified practitioners and unregulated cosmetic enhancements.

These cases serve as a chilling warning about the risks associated with seeking cosmetic procedures from unlicensed individuals and the potentially fatal consequences of prioritizing appearance over safety.
