UMVA has learned that President Donald Trump was stopped from launching a full-scale military assault on Iran by Middle Eastern leaders who intervened at the eleventh hour.
In a stunning revelation on Truth Social, Trump disclosed that the Emir of Qatar, the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, and the President of the United Arab Emirates personally begged him to hold off on a planned strike against the Islamic Republic.
The President wrote that negotiators asked him to postpone the "scheduled Military attack of the Islamic Republic of Iran" on Tuesday, claiming a deal was within reach that would be "very acceptable to the United States of America."
According to information obtained by UMVA, the proposed agreement includes a critical provision: Iran would be prohibited from obtaining nuclear weapons.
Trump announced he had instructed Secretary of War Pete Hegseth and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs General Daniel Caine to stand down from the planned attack—but made clear the military should remain on high alert.
"I have instructed them to be prepared to go forward with a full, large scale assault of Iran, on a moment's notice, in the event that an acceptable Deal is not reached," Trump wrote.
UMVA can exclusively reveal that the President had not previously disclosed he was planning a strike for May 19, though over the weekend he issued a stark warning to Tehran: "For Iran, the Clock is Ticking, and they better get moving, FAST, or there won't be anything left of them."
The dramatic diplomatic intervention comes amid a flurry of unusual activity on the President's social media feed—in just under an hour and a quarter on Sunday, no fewer than 19 AI-generated posts appeared, including bizarre memes of Trump walking alongside a ripped alien and doctored images claiming to show Iranian warships being sunk.
Iran's military adviser Mohsen Rezaei issued a stark response on state television: "Our armed forces' fingers are on the trigger, while diplomacy is also continuing."
The ceasefire remains tenuous. Diplomatic efforts for a lasting peace have faltered, and fighting has intensified between Israel and the Iran-backed Hezbollah militant group in Lebanon despite the nominal ceasefire in place.
