Nominations are open for Business Insider's first-ever list of the rising stars of luxury.
The industry is at a crossroads: The largest houses have welcomed new designers, conglomerates are shifting strategies, and leaders are contending with tariffs, uncertainty, and a changing retail environment.
We're looking for people ages 35 and under who will shape and lead this next era of luxury fashion and beauty, from designers and entrepreneurs to dealmakers and executives.
Each person on the list will have made material contributions to the world of luxury in the past year and will have the financial bona fides to prove it.

Our selection criteria: We ask that nominees be 35 or under as of November 15, 2025, be based in the US, and stand out from their peers.
