GAC International Philippines has joined the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines, positioning the company to collaborate directly with industry stakeholders and contribute to national policy, program, and standard development for the automotive sector.
Senior Vice‑President Steven Wang described the membership as a significant honor and a strategic step to accelerate the company's growth in the Philippine market, underscoring a commitment to delivering world‑class engineering and a future‑ready automotive experience for Filipino consumers.
In early 2026, GAC Philippines completed a strategic restructuring, becoming a wholly owned local subsidiary of GAC International and consolidating GAC Motor, Aion and Hyptec under a unified “One GAC” brand.
The centralized structure is intended to ensure consistent standards across sales, service and customer care, while expanding a technology‑focused product lineup, faster parts availability and improved after‑sales support through a nationwide dealer network.
Leveraging two decades of collaboration with major manufacturers, GAC applies advanced automotive technology, manufacturing expertise and hybrid development to meet rigorous quality, performance and reliability criteria.
The company backs ownership with an expanding network of 30 dealerships, a dedicated parts warehouse and comprehensive after‑sales services. Warranty coverage extends up to five years or 150,000 km for internal‑combustion models, and eight years or 160,000 km for electric vehicles, with an additional eight‑year or 200,000 km guarantee for the core electric system. New owners also receive two years of roadside assistance.
