BORDER CHAOS: Camo-Clad Illegals FLEE as Smuggler BUSTED! (WATCH)

The true scale of border crossings over the past four years remains shrouded in uncertainty, with estimates reaching upwards of fifteen million individuals. The consequences of this influx are now a daily reality, stretching law enforcement resources to their breaking point across the nation.

Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) troopers have been at the forefront of this challenge, consistently working to secure the border even during periods of perceived federal inaction. A shift in national policy has brought a renewed sense of support, offering law enforcement a powerful ally in the effort to apprehend and deport those who have crossed the border illegally.

Last month, in Maverick County, troopers encountered a Dodge 3500 pickup truck driven by a human smuggler. The situation escalated as multiple passengers, attempting to evade capture, fled into the surrounding brush, deliberately wearing camouflage to blend into the landscape.

Salvador Fuentes Castillo, a resident of Eagle Pass, was identified as the driver and arrested, facing six counts of human smuggling. Border Patrol agents quickly arrived to assist in locating and securing the individuals who had scattered into the dense vegetation.

Earlier that week, another smuggler attempted to evade authorities, initiating a high-speed pursuit along US-57 in Maverick County. The driver, Tetja Spears of Houston, initially refused to comply with a trooper’s request to shut off the vehicle before being apprehended.

These events underscore a fundamental principle enshrined in the U.S. Constitution: Article IV, Section 4. This clause explicitly tasks the federal government with safeguarding each state against “Invasion,” a definition that many believe applies to the scale of border crossings witnessed in recent years.

The constitutional mandate is clear – to guarantee a republican form of government and defend against threats to its stability. The recent changes signal a renewed commitment to upholding this foundational principle and restoring the rule of law.

A return to prioritizing the Constitution and national security is underway, promising a renewed focus on protecting the integrity of the border and the sovereignty of the nation.
