The shooting occurred just before noon within the bustling MGM food court. According to Prince George's County Police Chief George Nader, the suspect didn’t wander aimlessly; he moved with purpose, appearing to know precisely where to find his victim.
The victim, a man in his 20s, was simply ordering food when the gunfire erupted. Disturbingly, police footage revealed no prior interaction or exchange of words between the shooter and the victim – a stark indication of premeditation.
