MAYOR BETRAYS CITY: ICE EVASION TUTORIAL EXPOSED!

MAYOR BETRAYS CITY: ICE EVASION TUTORIAL EXPOSED!

A newly elected New York City mayor recently released a detailed video offering guidance to undocumented immigrants on how to respond to encounters with federal immigration agents.

Standing before a simple flip chart titled “Know Your Rights,” the mayor positioned himself as a staunch advocate for the city’s vast immigrant population, numbering over three million people. He pledged to shield them from increased federal enforcement efforts.

The video’s release followed a tense weekend incident in Chinatown, where a large group of protesters successfully blocked ICE agents from leaving a parking garage, effectively halting a planned operation.

Professional man in a suit speaking in front of a window with a cityscape background, conveying a confident and engaging demeanor.

“Last weekend, ICE attempted a raid on Canal Street, targeting our immigrant neighbors,” the mayor stated directly to the camera. “As mayor, I will defend the rights of every New Yorker, including the millions of immigrants who call this city home.”

The core message of the video centered on empowering individuals with knowledge of their legal protections. The mayor emphasized that ICE requires a valid judicial warrant, signed by a judge, to enter private spaces like homes, schools, or workplaces.

He clearly instructed viewers that they have the right to refuse entry, stating, “You have the right to say, ‘I do not consent to entry,’ and the right to keep your door closed.”

The mayor also cautioned viewers about potentially misleading ICE documents, explaining that agents are legally permitted to misrepresent themselves. He stressed the importance of remaining silent and repeatedly asking if one is free to leave if detained.

He further clarified that individuals have the legal right to film ICE agents during interactions, provided they do not obstruct an arrest. This right, he asserted, is a crucial tool for accountability.

The video concluded with a subtle encouragement of civic engagement, highlighting New Yorkers’ constitutional right to protest and a promise to protect that right during his administration.

The federal administration has, as of yet, not publicly responded to the content of the video or the mayor’s direct instructions.
