POET SILENCED: ICE RAID VIOLENCE TURNS DEADLY!

A chilling scene unfolded in Minneapolis as an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent fired a fatal shot through the window of an SUV, striking the female driver. The incident, captured on video, occurred during a confrontation stemming from protests against ICE raids, instantly igniting outrage and a fierce debate over the use of force.

The victim has been identified as Renee Nicole Good, a 37-year-old mother and poet, known for her involvement with ICE Watch, a group dedicated to monitoring and disrupting the agency’s activities. Her sudden death has left her young son orphaned, his father having passed away in 2023, creating a heartbreaking void in his life.

Renee’s mother, Donna Ganger, expressed disbelief and sorrow, stating her daughter was a kind and compassionate soul, devoted to helping others. She vehemently denied reports portraying Renee as part of a violent clash, describing her as a loving individual who would never intentionally provoke conflict. “She was probably terrified,” Ganger shared, grappling with the unimaginable loss.

Witness accounts and video footage depict a tense situation where Good allegedly used her vehicle to obstruct ICE agents attempting a large-scale deportation operation. The car was positioned across the road, and as agents demanded she exit, she reportedly began to drive forward. It was then, according to reports, that an agent discharged three shots.

The SUV sped away before ultimately crashing into a telephone pole, as horrified activists screamed in response. Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara confirmed the woman sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the head. The aftermath was chaotic, with witnesses alleging ICE agents initially prevented a doctor from providing aid and then delayed the arrival of an ambulance.

The incident quickly drew national attention, with differing narratives emerging. President Trump characterized the driver as “disorderly” and claimed she attempted to run over an officer, suggesting the shooting was an act of self-defense. He blamed the “radical left” for inciting violence against law enforcement.

However, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey sharply refuted this account, calling the justification “bullsh.” He condemned the ICE operation as reckless and accused the agency of creating chaos and distrust within the community. “They are not here to cause safety in this city,” Frey declared, demanding ICE leave Minneapolis.

Department of Homeland Security officials maintained the agent fired in self-defense, labeling the incident an act of “domestic terrorism” by a “violent rioter” who weaponized her vehicle. This claim further fueled the controversy and intensified calls for a thorough and independent investigation.

Following the shooting, clashes erupted between activists and ICE agents, with pepper spray and batons deployed in an attempt to control the escalating unrest. The tragedy marks a disturbing escalation in a series of immigration enforcement operations across the country, and represents at least the fifth death linked to such operations since 2024.

The Twin Cities remain on edge as the community grapples with the loss of Renee Good and the questions surrounding the circumstances of her death. The incident has ignited a fierce debate about the role of federal agents in local communities and the appropriate use of force during immigration enforcement.
