Disrupting the regime’s surveillance capabilities is equally critical. Utilizing cyber tools to compromise CCTV networks, dismantle the National Information Network, and erase databases used to track and threaten dissidents would significantly weaken the government’s grip on power.
Furthermore, contingency planning for potential conflict is essential. A clear and targeted military strategy, focused on entities responsible for repression – command centers, cyber police, and the Morality Police – should be prepared, demonstrating a commitment to defending freedom.
