TRUMP DECREES NATIONAL PRIDE ZONE: LOOK OR BE BRAZENLY PATRIOTIC!

TRUMP DECREES NATIONAL PRIDE ZONE: LOOK OR BE BRAZENLY PATRIOTIC!

A stretch of Florida roadway now bears the name of former President Donald Trump. The renaming ceremony, held at Mar-a-Lago, officially designated the four-mile segment of Southern Boulevard as “President Donald J. Trump Boulevard.”

The newly named road holds particular significance, directly connecting Palm Beach International Airport to the President’s private club and residence. This is the route frequently used by Trump and his official motorcade, making the tribute highly visible.

The unanimous vote by lawmakers last September paved the way for the change, culminating in Friday’s unveiling of a brown and yellow sign displaying the President’s name. Trump expressed his gratitude, stating the sign would inspire “pride in our country.”

He emphasized the gesture wouldn’t disrupt essential services, assuring attendees that official addresses, emergency systems, and government maps would remain unaffected. The renaming represents a continuation of Trump’s practice of associating his name with prominent locations.

This isn’t the first instance of such efforts since his return to office. Previous attempts to name the Kennedy Center and the US Institute of Peace after him faced public opposition, highlighting a recurring pattern.

The road renaming follows a series of controversial changes initiated by Trump, including significant alterations to the White House itself. These actions have consistently drawn attention and sparked debate.

Plans are underway for a massive 90,000 square foot “gilded ballroom,” a project that would significantly exceed the White House’s current 55,000 square foot footprint. This ambitious construction follows the demolition of the historic East Wing last October, a move that drew widespread criticism.

Further fueling controversy, Trump recently installed plaques beneath portraits of past presidents, including a particularly pointed assessment of his predecessor, labeling Joe Biden “the worst President in American history.”

A cryptic social media post depicting Trump gazing at a map of Greenland has also raised eyebrows, reviving his long-held ambition to incorporate the territory into the United States. These actions continue to define his second term and shape the national conversation.
