HOLY WAR ERUPTS: Pastor Declares Church RAID God's Revenge on Trump Voters!

A Sunday morning service at Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota, was shattered by a forceful intrusion. A group of anti-ICE protesters stormed the chapel as worship began, their actions escalating into a disruptive and intimidating scene.

The protesters chanted slogans, specifically focusing on the name "Renee Good," amidst a larger wave of anti-ICE demonstrations sweeping the Twin Cities. Video footage reveals a jarring disruption of the sacred space, unsettling congregants and frightening children.

Church officials swiftly condemned the incident, describing it as “shameful, unlawful,” and a violation of both Christian principles and national law. They emphasized the importance of churches as sanctuaries of peace and called for protection of this fundamental right, stating they are consulting legal counsel.

The disruption sparked immediate debate, with some leaders expressing outrage. Kevin Ezell, president of the North American Mission Board, labeled the protest “absurd,” highlighting the illegality of trespassing and disrupting worship on private property.

Ezell further asserted that his organization would provide protection for churches if elected officials failed to address the lawlessness. This statement came after a former CNN reporter aggressively questioned the church’s pastor during the unfolding event.

However, a contrasting perspective emerged from within some progressive Christian circles. Pastors like Rodney Kennedy openly applauded the protesters’ actions, framing the disruption as a justified act of judgment against the church.

Kennedy argued that the church was not being persecuted for righteousness, but for a perceived lack of compassion towards neighbors. He likened the protest to Jesus cleansing the temple, suggesting divine intervention through “unexpected prophets.”

His critique extended to the church’s theological stance, accusing it of promoting themes of resentment, nativism, and racism. Kennedy characterized the broader “MAGA evangelical” movement as fueled by economic anxiety, bigotry, and hostility towards various groups.

He predicted the protest was merely the first of many, urging the church to reflect on the reasons behind the protesters’ drastic actions rather than lamenting the disruption of their worship. He called for a reevaluation of their gospel message.

Federal authorities have responded to the incident, with the Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division launching an investigation into potential violations of the FACE Act. This law prohibits the use of force, threats, or obstruction to interfere with religious worship.

Violations of the FACE Act carry significant penalties, including fines and imprisonment. The FBI has also been activated to assist in the investigation, signaling the seriousness with which the federal government is treating the disruption of the church service.

The incident has ignited a national conversation about the boundaries of protest, the sanctity of religious spaces, and the growing polarization within the American religious landscape. It raises critical questions about the role of faith in political activism and the protection of fundamental rights.
