Authorities in California are searching for two 9‑year‑old children who investigators say were abducted by their father this week, expressing concern for their well‑being.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Solomon and Marozhina Sukonick, who were taken by their father, David Sukonick, on Thursday.
The children were last seen around 8 p.m. near the 1000 block of West Avenue J‑8 in Lancaster. They were traveling in a black 2011 Lincoln Town Car with the California license plate SOLOYST.
Marozhina is a 9‑year‑old girl, 4 feet 4 inches tall, about 90 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing pink shorts and a white shirt.
Solomon is a 9‑year‑old boy, 4 feet 4 inches tall, about 90 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing blue shorts and an unknown‑colored shirt.
David Sukonick is a 71‑year‑old man, 5 feet 7 inches tall, about 135 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes.
