TRUMP'S COVER-UP HALTED: Judge Slams Emergency Stop to Evidence Tampering!

TRUMP'S COVER-UP HALTED: Judge Slams Emergency Stop to Evidence Tampering!

A dramatic legal battle is unfolding in Minnesota following the fatal shooting of 37-year-old Alex Pretti by a Border Patrol agent during an immigration enforcement operation. A federal judge has now intervened, issuing a critical order to prevent the potential destruction of evidence.

The lawsuit, spearheaded by the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office and the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, alleges a deliberate attempt to obstruct a thorough investigation into Pretti’s death. State authorities feared federal agencies were poised to erase crucial details surrounding the incident.

According to the Department of Homeland Security, Pretti allegedly approached agents armed with a handgun and resisted attempts to disarm him. This account is now under intense scrutiny as state investigators seek to independently verify the circumstances leading to the shooting.

The legal action directly names multiple federal entities – the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Customs and Border Patrol, and U.S. Border Control – along with Attorney General Pam Bondi as defendants. The state argues these agencies have a responsibility to preserve evidence.

Judge Eric Tostrud’s temporary injunction explicitly prohibits federal officials from destroying or altering any evidence collected from the shooting scene or currently in their possession. State authorities had previously been denied access to this evidence, raising serious concerns about transparency.

Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty has vowed relentless pursuit of accountability, stating her office will not rest until a complete and transparent investigation is achieved. Her team is prepared to review the case for potential criminal conduct by the involved federal agents.

Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison forcefully asserted that federal agents are not exempt from the law, and Pretti deserves justice. He emphasized the non-negotiable need for a full, impartial, and transparent investigation into the shooting.

Ellison’s office is actively seeking to halt what they describe as an “illegal and unconstitutional occupation” of Minnesota cities, linking the shooting to the controversial Operation Metro Surge initiated during the previous administration. The operation has been criticized for escalating tensions and creating a climate of fear.

The Department of Homeland Security maintains it is leading its own investigation into the shooting. However, the state’s legal challenge underscores a deep distrust of a solely federal inquiry.

Tragically, Alex Pretti was a dedicated ICU nurse at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Despite immediate medical intervention at the scene, he succumbed to his injuries, leaving behind a community in mourning and demanding answers.

A hearing is scheduled to further review the judge’s order, promising a continued and intense legal showdown. The outcome will determine whether the full truth surrounding Pretti’s death will be revealed.

The Attorney General’s office is determined to ensure that all evidence is preserved and made available to state officials, believing it is the only path to achieving justice for Alex Pretti and restoring public trust.
