JUDGE SAVES BOY FROM DEPORTATION! ICE Operation HALTED!

JUDGE SAVES BOY FROM DEPORTATION! ICE Operation HALTED!

A five-year-old boy and his father are temporarily safe from deportation, thanks to a judge’s intervention. Adrian Alexander Conejo Arias and his son, Liam Ramos, were unexpectedly detained last week in Minnesota, sparking a wave of concern and accusations.

The unfolding drama began when federal immigration authorities attempted to apprehend Conejo in Minneapolis. He fled, leaving his son, Liam, who had just arrived home from preschool, momentarily unattended. The scene quickly escalated as officers remained with the young boy while pursuing his father.

Accusations of wrongdoing immediately surfaced, with some claiming Liam was essentially “kidnapped” and used to lure his father into custody. However, authorities maintain they repeatedly attempted to transfer care of the child to his mother, who was present in the home but refused to take responsibility.

Following the mother’s refusal, officers honored the father’s request to remain with his son. Both are now being held at the Dilley Immigration Processing Center in Texas, awaiting the outcome of their legal battle. A federal judge has issued a temporary block, preventing their immediate deportation and restricting their transfer from the current judicial district.

The case is further complicated by the family’s history with the immigration system. Department of Homeland Security records indicate Conejo entered the U.S. unlawfully in December 2024 and was initially released into the country under the previous administration.

Despite this, the family’s legal counsel asserts Conejo had a pending asylum claim, providing a legal basis for remaining in the United States. They argue his detention and potential deportation are unjust given the ongoing claim.

Authorities also revealed Conejo was offered a “voluntary return” option – a process allowing him to leave the U.S. without facing immigration penalties – but he declined. This decision adds another layer to the complex circumstances surrounding the case and the family’s future.

The judge’s temporary order provides a crucial window for legal arguments to be presented and considered. The fate of Adrian and Liam hangs in the balance as their case proceeds, highlighting the human cost of immigration enforcement and the difficult choices families face.
