The pre-dawn stillness of Khao Yai National Park shattered on Monday, claiming the life of a 65-year-old Thai tourist. Jirathachai Jiraphatboonyathorn was enjoying a quiet walk with his wife when a massive bull elephant, known as Oyewan, charged from the shadows.
