A three-year-old boy, Isiayah Henry of Woolwich, has become the tragic center of a harrowing investigation after suffering severe injuries that ultimately proved fatal. He was initially admitted to a London hospital on January 3rd, sparking an immediate and intensive police response.
The Metropolitan Police launched both a safeguarding inquiry and a full criminal investigation, desperately seeking answers as medical professionals fought to save the young boy’s life.
