Marquis Emilio James now faces charges in the Valentine's Day death of 87-year-old Robert G. Fuller Jr., a respected philanthropist, and the shooting of a Maryland State Trooper.
The investigation began with the discovery of Fuller’s body in his apartment at the Cogir Potomac Senior Living Facility. Surveillance footage revealed a figure entering and exiting near the time of the shooting, a figure initially shrouded in mystery due to a long wig used as a disguise.
