OPERATION EPIC FURY UNLEASHED: The Generals Just Dropped a BOMBSHELL!

OPERATION EPIC FURY UNLEASHED: The Generals Just Dropped a BOMBSHELL!

The world held its breath as Secretary of War Pete Hegseth and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Dan Caine, addressed the nation. The briefing, delivered Monday morning, detailed the stunning progress of Operation Epic Fury – a decisive intervention within Iran itself.

President Trump had authorized the operation just days prior, a bold move that resulted in the elimination of dozens of key Iranian officials, culminating in the death of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khemeni. The weight of this action, and its implications, hung heavy in the air.

Hegseth, having just concluded a meeting with Admiral Brad Cooper, Commander of US Central Command, made a stark declaration: “We didn’t start this war, but under President Trump, we are finishing it.” He emphasized America’s unparalleled military strength and the clear, focused objectives driving the operation.

“This is not a so-called regime change war,” Hegseth asserted, “but the regime sure did change, and the world is better off for it.” The core mission, he explained, was absolute: dismantle Iran’s offensive missile capabilities, obliterate its missile production infrastructure, neutralize its navy and security apparatus, and permanently prevent the development of nuclear weapons.

The approach, Hegseth continued, was uncompromising. “We’re hitting them surgically, overwhelmingly, and unapologetically.” He painted a picture of escalating American power and diminishing Iranian resistance, a war dictated on American terms, driven by realistic ambitions and the defense of national interests.

Hegseth extended a direct message to the Iranian people, urging them to seize the opportunity presented by this upheaval. He echoed President Trump’s sentiment: “Now is your time.” A stern warning was also issued to Iranian security forces, with a clear indication of the consequences of their choices.

The briefing acknowledged the cost of conflict, with Hegseth somberly reporting the loss of four American service members. “War is hell, and always will be,” he stated, honoring their sacrifice and vowing to prosecute the operation with unwavering resolve – a tribute to them and the countless Americans lost to Iranian aggression.

General Caine then provided a detailed operational summary. Over 100 aircraft had been launched into Iran in broad daylight, accompanied by a relentless barrage of Tomahawk missiles targeting Iranian naval forces. It was a “massive, overwhelming attack across all domains of warfare,” striking over 1000 targets within the first 24 hours.

Roughly 57 hours into the operation, Caine reported the establishment of “local air superiority” through sustained strikes and cyber warfare designed to cripple Iranian defenses. The Joint Force had unleashed hundreds of missions, delivering tens of thousands of pieces of ordnance.

American B-2 bombers, mirroring the success of Operation Midnight Hammer, executed a 37-hour round trip to obliterate deeply buried facilities. Simultaneously, Israeli forces independently engaged hundreds of additional targets. The combined effort was a display of coordinated, devastating power.

Defensive operations remained “steady and disciplined,” Caine confirmed, with hundreds of Iranian missiles successfully intercepted. However, he acknowledged the persistent threat posed by Iranian suicide drones. The situation remained fluid, but under control.

The coalition supporting the operation was expanding, with Qatar, the UAE, Kuwait, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia actively “surging in” and “joining the fight.” This demonstrated a unified front against Iranian aggression and a commitment to regional stability.

Caine addressed a concerning incident – the loss of three Air Force F-15E Strike Eagle fighter jets. He confirmed the incident was “not from hostile enemy fire” and was under investigation, but offered no further details at that time. The focus remained on the broader operational objectives.
