‘90 DAY FIANCÉ’ STAR’S MAN FACES MURDER CHARGES: BOCA BASH NIGHTMARE UNVEILED!

The turquoise waters of South Florida became a scene of terror for a reality TV personality during a seemingly festive boat party. Cole Goldberg, the boyfriend of Caroline Schwitzky, now stands accused of a shocking act of violence that unfolded amidst the revelry of the annual “Boca Bash” event in April 2022.

The initial incident was reported as domestic battery by strangulation, but the gravity of the situation escalated dramatically over a year later. Investigators re-examined the evidence and upgraded the charge to attempted second-degree murder, painting a chilling picture of a struggle for survival.

Witnesses described a heated argument erupting between Goldberg and Schwitzky, a 32-year-old talent agency CEO and mother of three, while they were on a boat. As Schwitzky desperately tried to leave the vessel, Goldberg allegedly grabbed her with aggressive force, determined to keep her captive.

For approximately twenty minutes, a desperate struggle ensued. Schwitzky, fighting for her freedom, reportedly punched Goldberg’s arms in an attempt to break his hold. Ultimately, she made the perilous decision to jump into the water, hoping to swim to safety.

But her escape wasn’t complete. Goldberg allegedly pursued her into the water, attempting to drown her in a horrifying act of calculated violence. The scene was one of chaos and desperation, a life hanging in the balance.

Fortunately, a bystander, identified as Matt Paris, witnessed the struggle and bravely intervened, pulling Schwitzky from the water and potentially saving her life. His quick thinking and courage brought an end to the terrifying ordeal.

Schwitzky previously appeared on the reality television show “90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?” as a talent agent, offering a glimpse into her professional life before the shocking events unfolded. The case has drawn significant attention, highlighting the dangers of domestic violence.

Prosecutors reportedly extended a plea agreement to Goldberg, offering six months in jail and three years of probation in exchange for a guilty plea, along with a 500-word letter of apology. However, Goldberg rejected the offer, refusing to accept a felony conviction and opting to stand trial.

As the trial begins, the courtroom will become the stage for a harrowing account of a struggle for survival, a desperate escape, and the alleged attempt to silence a woman who fought for her life in the waters off South Florida.
