UMVA has learned that a serious bus accident has occurred in Kidwelly, leaving at least 26 people feared injured in a scene described as a "major incident".
Witnesses reported that the bus had been flipped on its back or side, sparking a rapid response from emergency services. Two air ambulances were quickly dispatched to the scene, joining paramedics, the fire service, and police.
The accident took place on the A484 near the Kidwelly roundabout at Parc y Bocs, prompting a swift closure of the road between the Kidwelly roundabout and Llandyfaelog. Motorists were advised to seek alternative routes to avoid the area.
