He singled out Viktor Gyokeres for special praise. "It was like he was reinvigorated, wanting the big occasion. He offered himself all night, and they found him early."
Myles Lewis-Skelly earned admiration for his forward bursts and vision. Declan Rice was a machine. "Crikey, does he cover some mileage. An amazing athlete and wonderful footballer."
Ben White also got a nod. "I thought he was terrific, really good."
Lineker acknowledged PSG's flexibility under Luis Enrique. "They showed they can defend when they have a lead. Enrique is such a talented coach. But Arsenal are tough to score against."
